Tour Groups and Parties over 25 People:
The Lady & Sons welcomes large parties and tour groups who would like to join us for some home cooking.
For all large parties over 25 and tour groups, please call our reservations department directly at 912-233-2600 ext. 211 to arrange your event. Be sure to plan ahead as popular dates and times book quickly. Below are guidelines and information that will help you with the planning of your groups visit.
To better serve your large group, we have per person inclusive pricing for the Lady’s Southern Buffet.
Daily Lunch Buffet (Mon-Sun): $22.95 per person
Daily Dinner Buffet (Mon-Sat): $25.48 per person
Holidays: $34.31 per person

The Lady’s Southern Buffet
Hoe Cakes and Garlic Cheese Biscuits
Non-Alcoholic, refillable beverage (tea and softdrinks)
Please call the restaurant directly at 912-233-2600 ext.211 to arrange your group reservation. Reservations can be made 1 year in advanced and are based upon availability. Please plan ahead as popular dates and times book quickly.
We will need the following information to prepare the reservation contract for your group:
Group or Event Name
Group Booking Contact Name and Phone Number
On-Site Group Contact Name and Phone Number
Number of Guests in Group
Credit Card Number and Expiration Date
The credit card will not be charged at time of booking, but it is required to make and hold the reservation.
A group reservation is not confirmed until the Lady and Sons has received a completed and signed contract back from the group coordinator.
Please let our Reservations Department know of any special needs that your guests or group may have at the time of booking.
A representative from our Reservations Department will call to confirm your final head count 3-7 days prior to your event. Please be sure to provide a phone number where you can be reached at that time.
No pre-payment accepted. Final payment due at the time of the event.
Arrival and Seating
All persons in the group must be present when the group is seated in the restaurant.
Seating will be based upon the confirmed final head count given to our Reservation Department 3-7 days prior to your meal. Often times, large groups do not fit at one table. These groups will be seated at multiple but adjacent tables. If available, we also may choose to utilize our private room for your group. If this is the case, you will be contacted by our Banquet Coordinator prior to your arrival.
We will hold the tables for the arrival of your group no more than fifteen (15) minutes past your event time. Please make sure that your group coordinators and tour bus drivers arrange for your group to arrive on time.
If for any reason your group is running late, the On Site Group Contact must call the restaurant at 912-233-2600 ext. 211 and ask to speak with a manager.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Groups have 72 hours prior to their reservation to cancel by speaking to our Reservations department at (912)233-2600 x.211
A charge of $250 will be applied to the credit card on the group contract only if the group does not cancel within 72 hours and does not show up at the time of the reservation.
