the Deen’s are coming over.
Bobby and I are headed over to film an episode of The Big Idea with Donnie Deutsch on MSNBC. I suspect it will be on tonight or tomorrow so y’all look for us there....
Tomorrow afternoon we are gonna load up and head north (its a secret) and drop by to see our friends at Good Morning America....and mommas coming too!
We are the welcoming committee for the arrival of the train. Have y’all seen this week the team is traveling by train across the country?
Bobby and I have been guest of GMA several times and they are the nicest people...really. Diane Sawyer (Ms. Diane) is such a treat to be around. When Brooke and I catch one of her specials on television we always wind up with tears in our eyes. She is so compassionate and down to earth....and beautiful. She is also from the south. Miss Kentucky at one point I believe. So y’all tune in Thursday and see us welcome Diane, Robin, Chris and Sam to the beautiful town of......can’t say.
The Big Idea is another show we have done a few times and Donnie is a great host as well. He is so smart about business and Bobby and I really listen to the advice he offers and we feel it is an honor to be guest on his show. MSNBC...look for us.
Well, we are into another week here and I haven’t learned any good dirt on the cruise yet....everyone is quiet so there must have been some serious cutting up going on. Bobby is exceptionally tight lipped...I will keep y’all posted.
Jack is into his third week at pre-school and today was the first day he shed some tears for his momma. I told Brooke I hope his doesn’t take after his daddy in that department...I cried about going to school until I was eighteen. She called the school to check on him, of course, and Ms. Spence told her that show was for her alone. One minute later and his was fine.... of course.
I will work on the request y’all submit, I do know a nice cocktail with sangria, so Deb M. try this one:
To a glass of ice: add half sangria, half sprite or 7-up, and squeeze in a lemon ......simple right?
And good. We sold the devil out of those at the little spot I worked at while in college.
That’s it. Thanks for checking back. As always....
do good things
