Tour Groups and Parties over 25 People:
The Lady & Sons welcomes large parties and tour groups who would like to join us for some home cooking.
To accommodate your group, our Banquets and Catering Department will handle your reservation. For all large parties over 25 and tour groups, please call us directly at 912.233.2600 ext. 206 to set up your event. Be sure to plan ahead as popular dates and times book quickly. Below are guidelines and information that will help you with the planning of your groups visit.
Inclusive Pricing
To better serve your large group, we have per person inclusive pricing for the Lady's Southern Buffet.
Lunch: $20.52 per person
Dinner: $25.65 per person
Sunday Lunch: $23.09 per person
Holidays: $35.03 per person

Reservation Requirements
Please call the restaurant directly at 912.233.2600 ext. 206 to arrange your group reservation. Reservations for groups will be made based on availability in the restaurant. Please plan ahead as popular dates and times book quickly.
We will need the following information to prepare the reservation contract for your group:

Number of Guests in Group
Credit Card Number and Expiration Date
The credit card will not be charged at time of booking, but it is required to make and hold the reservation.
A group reservation is not confirmed until the Lady and Sons has received a completed and signed contract back from the group coordinator.
At time of event booking, please let the Banquets and Catering Department know of any special needs that your guests or group may have.
Final guest count must be given to the Lady and Sons by the group coordinator seven days before the event date.
Final Payment
No pre-payment accepted. Final payment due at the time of the event.
Arrival and Seating
All persons in the group must be present when the group is seated in the restaurant.
Large groups do not fit at one table. Large groups will be seated at multiple tables. Depending on the size of the group, we will seat the group in one or more sections.
Based on the final guest count supplied seven days prior to the event, we will make sure to have adequate seating for those guests.
We will hold the tables for the arrival of your group no more than fifteen (15) minutes past your event time. Please make sure that your group coordinators and tour bus drivers arrange for your group to arrive on time.
If the group is running late for any reason, the On Site Group Contact must call the restaurant at 912.233.2600 ext. 1 and speak with a manager.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Groups have up to 72 hours prior to the event date to cancel their reservation by speaking with our Banquets and Catering Department.
A charge of $250 will be applied to the credit card on the group contract only if the group does not cancel within 72 hours and does not show up at the time of the reservation.
